About Me
AI Product Manager with deep engineering roots. I translate operator pain into product clarity.
I'm Lawrence — an AI Product Manager who stays close to the code, the users, and the problem. I got my Master's at Carnegie Mellon University (Heinz MISM, Gerhalt Scholar) and my CS degree at the University of Florida (Cum Laude, 3.65 GPA).
Before I was a PM I was an engineer. That background shapes everything I do — I read PRDs and pull requests, I write specs and prototypes. I believe the best product people understand the medium they're shaping.
My approach to product is grounded in empathy. When I was building Expired Solutions, I spent four months working in a grocery store produce department before writing a single line of code. That kind of immersion — understanding the operator's world from the inside — is what I bring to every role.
How I Work
Empathy First
I work alongside users before building for them. Understanding context deeply beats assumptions.
Ship > Theorize
Production systems, not prototypes. Measurable outcomes, not slide decks.
Stay Technical
I read the codebase, use AI tools daily, and collaborate in engineering reviews.
Reliability > Hype
Steady iteration earns trust. I value substance over spectacle.
