Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data lawrencehua.com and the Huadini products (the "Service") collect, why, and what you can do about it. The Service is operated by Lawrence Hua. I try to collect as little as the products need to work, and I do not sell your personal data.

1. What I collect

• Account information. If you sign in, I store your email and basic profile details needed to manage your account and credits.
• Content you submit. The text, files, and prompts you send to a product so it can produce a result.
• Payment information. When you buy credits, Stripe processes your payment. I receive confirmation and limited billing details, but never your full card number.
• Usage and analytics. Standard technical data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and product runs, used to keep the Service reliable and to understand what is useful.
• Messages you send me. If you use a contact or meeting form, I keep what you send so I can reply.

2. How I use it

I use your data to:

• Run the products you ask for and deliver their output.
• Manage your account, credits, and payments.
• Send transactional email such as receipts and replies.
• Keep the Service secure, debug issues, and improve it.

3. Where your data lives

Account data, product content, and session records are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). Payments run through Stripe. Transactional email is sent with Resend. Some products send your content to AI model providers such as OpenAI so they can generate a result. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy and security terms.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Service uses cookies and similar technology to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage with analytics. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working if you do.

5. Sharing

I share data only with the providers that operate the Service (listed above), when required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. I do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

6. Retention and your choices

I keep data for as long as needed to run the Service and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion, email me and I will remove your account data from Firebase, subject to records I am legally required to keep, such as payment records.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact me and I will delete it.

8. Changes

I may update this policy as the Service changes. When I do, I will update the date at the top of this page.
