Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of lawrencehua.com and the Huadini catalog of AI products and tools (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Lawrence Hua ("I", "me", or "the operator"). By creating an account, buying credits, or using any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

Some products require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

2. Credits and payments

The Huadini products run on a credits model. You buy credits, and each product run consumes a set number of credits shown before you run it. Payments are processed by Stripe. I do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own terms and security standards.

Credits and any paid plans are digital goods delivered immediately. Because of that, credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by law. Unused credits do not expire unless stated at the point of sale. Prices and credit costs can change over time; changes apply to future purchases, not to credits you already hold.

If a product run fails because of an error on my side, contact me and I will re-credit the run or make it right.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its underlying providers.
• Resell or redistribute access, credits, or product output as if it were your own service without permission.

I may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

4. AI output and your content

Several products use AI models to generate text, code, images, or analysis. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, and you should not treat it as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant me a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service, including sending it to the third-party model providers that power a given product.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Stripe for payments, Firebase for data and authentication, Resend for transactional email, and AI model providers such as OpenAI. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms. I am not responsible for outages or changes outside my control.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. I do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim arose.

7. Changes

I may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When I do, I will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
